As a Gardener at a Barchester care home, you'll help create the kind of stimulating environment that enables the organization to deliver quality, person-centred care. Main duties of the jobYour role as a Gardener will involve looking after the equipment and structures like fencing, keeping the grounds safe and tidy (including clearing any snow and ice in the winter), and planting a range of flowers, shrubs and trees. Once a year, you'll be able to showcase your talents in the 'Barchester in Bloom' competition.
