The Security Manager reports to a Regional Security Manager and oversees security operations across multiple sites, supporting the implementation of Amazon's security programs. Key responsibilities include: Delivering top-tier security services to ensure safety for employees, contractors, and visitors. Serving as a trusted security advisor with excellent communication skills. Managing daily security operations across diverse sites. Implementing security policies and responding to incidents. Monitoring external threats and coordinating security measures. Building relationships with internal teams and external partners. A typical day involves: Overseeing guarding services and ensuring quality. Engaging with law enforcement and security partners. Conducting security assessments and audits. Leading security drills and readiness activities. Investigating incidents and supporting business continuity. About the team:The Global Corporate Security team manages security operations worldwide, divided into regions led by regional heads. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years in a security role within a large or global organization. Experience managing vendors and security operations. Strong communication skills in English. Preferred: Master’s degree or relevant certifications, experience in crisis management, legal knowledge, and proficiency with security technologies.
