Hours:Full time, permanent Shifts:Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pay rate:£36,000 to £38,000 per annum (depending on diploma level) Esland is committed to changing children's lives through specialist services. We seek a dedicated Deputy Manager for our Assessments Team at Burton-Upon-Trent, which provides short-term therapeutic and trauma support for 7 to 18-year-olds. Our assessment homes offer security, support, and stabilization in a nurturing environment over 12 weeks, with access to education and outdoor activities. This role is ideal for an experienced deputy manager eager to grow with a supportive company or a senior support worker ready to advance.
