Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. Your responsibilities include assisting with training colleagues, communicating messages during team ‘huddles', ensuring colleagues are available to maintain product availability, and meeting customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays to ensure proper staffing.
