WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?Accurate processing of PODs and Credits/Debits, maintaining full traceability outside of DHL's control. Daily retrieval and processing of POD confirmations and amendments. Investigation of credit and debit claims. Processing of month-end PODs with accurate record-keeping to reduce risks. Identifying root causes and implementing corrective/preventative measures for deviations. Supporting the site stock team/stock controllers when necessary.
