Leaving the delivery area tidy and picking up litter. Washing trays as required. Loading the van and checking its roadworthiness. Communicating with customers about their orders, substitutions, and refunds. Handling products with care. Delivering within the scheduled time slot. Calling customers before early arrivals and informing stores if running late.Requirements: Build relationships with colleagues. Be warm and welcoming with customers and colleagues. Respond quickly to customer needs and embrace change. Be energetic and driven. Share ideas for store improvements.
