Joining our friendly and hardworking family as aYard Sales Assistant ,you'll be on the front line dealing with our customers who come into our yard. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success by providing a first-class service. What will I be doing?No two days are the same in TP branch life, but here are some key responsibilities: Helping deliver the highest standards of service by being helpful and friendly at all times, building strong relationships with our customers. Processing customer orders outside, including loading and unloading vehicles. Unloading building products from supplier deliveries and accurately booking them into the branch warehouse. Using a forklift is ideal, but full training will be provided. Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment to ensure safety standards are never compromised. What skills do you need?This is a key customer-facing role. The main requirement is providinggreat customer service . We can teach you the rest.
