The Role:Join our team as an Integrated Producer, focusing on Social and Influencer projects for clients like Google Pixel. You will manage the production of integrated campaigns from concept to completion, coordinating resources and ensuring quality across media channels. The role requires agile production experience, project management skills, and a hands-on approach to creating high-quality work. Responsibilities:Lead the creative development process from inception to delivery, promoting inclusivity and diversity. Collaborate with writers, designers, and creative professionals to bring innovative concepts to life. Manage end-to-end production for digital, print, broadcast, and experiential projects. Deliver digital content for social media platforms aligned with campaign strategies and brand guidelines. Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource use. Supervise the production of various creative assets, including video, audio, and digital content. Ensure all work meets brand standards and quality expectations, embracing diverse perspectives. Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide creative solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing inclusivity in all tasks. Requirements:Experience as a Creative/Broadcast/Integrated/Social Producer or similar role in an agency or client-side environment. Thorough review and approval of project assets, including scripts, storyboards, and final deliverables. Ability to manage multiple projects while promoting inclusivity. Knowledge of industry trends, social formats, and diversity-driven innovation. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with an inclusive approach. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs. Proficiency in project management tools and software, utilizing technology to support diversity. Expertise in budget management and financial reporting with a focus on equitable resource allocation. Portfolio demonstrating successful, diversity- and inclusion-focused projects.
