About the PositionThis senior role supports the Business Analyst by managing the Business Support Administration Officers, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of administrative, financial, and customer service support to the Infrastructure Directorate. The role involves strategic oversight, mentoring, and continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesThe duties of the Senior Business Support Officer will include but are not limited to: Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment by ensuring compliance with corporate administrative policies and practices. Demonstrating a results-driven attitude with high attention to detail. Exercising finely tuned decision-making skills. Using high-level organisational and time management skills. Strong supervisory, leadership, and motivational skills including conflict resolution, instruction, delegation, mentoring, and staff development. Sound analytical, organisational, and time management skills, with the capacity to devise, deliver, and monitor practical solutions. The ability to work in a diverse team achieving shared goals.
