You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the Preoperative Care team, help to coordinate projects and improve processes. You'll also be the primary contact for all communications for the service. About Us:The Preoperative Care Service is dedicated to improving the patient journey for the circa 10,000 elective patients that undergo procedures under general anaesthetic. Main duties of the jobReporting into the Operational Manager , your responsibilities will include: Provide a comprehensive, confidential, and efficient administrative support to the Preoperative Care team within Surgery and Critical Care. Independently manage elements of key administrative tasks and help coordinate ongoing projects related to the patient pathway. Contribute to the ongoing review and improvement of administrative processes to enhance the efficiency of the Preoperative Care Service. Be the first point of contact for all forms of communication from patients, families, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
