What HFH offers:Hourly pay rates between £14 - 17.93. Ongoing care for a single client, with a small core team of regular staff. Specialist carers work with one client per shift, no travel between multiple homes. Average shift duration: 12 hours. Work availability aligned with your preferences. Typical schedule: three shifts (36 hours) per week, earning £500 - 555 weekly. Estimated annual income: £26,200 - £28,950, based on a three-day workweek.
