Case Worker - Child Sexual Exploitation (Boys and Young Males), RedditchThis role involves building relationships, developing referral pathways, and supporting boys and young men at risk of or experiencing sexual exploitation. You will work closely with children, young people, and partner agencies to ensure effective safeguarding and support. Develop and maintain referral pathways and relationships with stakeholders. Upskill professionals to recognize indicators of CSE. Conduct one-to-one work with vulnerable children and young people. Collaborate with Children's Social Care and other agencies. Utilize safeguarding protocols to share information and protect children. Provide educational awareness within local authority settings. Manage a caseload, conducting assessments and developing intervention plans. Deliver interventions according to policies and guidelines. Develop resilience-building activities for young people. Establish strong multi-agency safeguarding partnerships. Record and monitor intervention data accurately. QualificationsExperience working directly with young people with support needs. Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating support activities. Knowledge of case management, assessment, and safeguarding procedures. Ability to produce quality reports demonstrating impact.
