Key Responsibilities:Support deal teams through all investment and strategic advisory stages, including deal origination, market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, legal documentation, negotiation, and investment committee presentations. Assist in developing compelling investment theses. Build relationships within the industry and support business development efforts, such as conducting company and industry analysis and preparing industry reports. Collaborate with Partners and management teams to support strategic and operational initiatives. Candidate Profile:Internship experience in growth equity, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate development, or related fields. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently, analyze data, and make informed judgments. Strong communication skills, with a deep understanding of financial analysis and business acumen. Interest in the interactive entertainment industry. Detail-oriented and process-driven.
