The RoleYou’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team providing residential, respite, and day care support to individuals with various disabilities and additional support needs. Focusing on promoting independence, you will work in a person-centred way to support daily living activities, including cooking, personal care, medication administration, and managing personal finances. You will also support clients in engaging with hobbies and interests such as cooking, baking, dominoes, basketball, walks, and trips to the local pub. What We Need From YouA caring and compassionate attitude The ability to work well in a team Confidence to work independently Good communication and organizational skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Confidence with computers The ability to cook Shift PatternsOur support shifts typically run between 0700-2100 hours, including sleepovers, waking nights, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis. Sleepover shifts are paid at an additional£100.80per shift. Waking night shifts are paid at your normal hourly rate plus an extra£20per night. Interested?Apply today!
