As a Machine Operative at AMFRESH, you will: Promote good working practices, ensure smooth production line operations, and collaborate with the Line Leader to achieve excellent results. Work closely with Line Leaders and Managers to improve machine efficiency, maintain production speed, report faults, and encourage best practices among colleagues. Your role will also involve: Motivating team members and fostering a safe environment for feedback and ideas. Maintaining health and safety standards by keeping the workspace clean and safe, ready for handover. Ensuring the safety and quality of AMFRESH products for our customers daily.
