Our mission is to make others as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of this mission, delivering excellent beer and customer service. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in running the site. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service, leading by example and training others to provide the best experience possible. You’ll also ensure your team is happy, developing their skills, reaching goals, and having fun. You’ll be part of an experienced management team alongside passionate individuals from various backgrounds. Your role is to unify and motivate the team, helping them develop and progress in their careers. About YouYou should have at least a couple of years’ management experience in a busy bar and kitchen environment. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. You must be customer service focused, ensuring every customer’s experience is outstanding. You should be a natural trainer who loves seeing others learn and grow. Financial acumen and knowledge of the local craft beer scene would be beneficial.
