Join our team today!Key Skills and QualificationsExperience in a warehouse or transport office is a plus Solid Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Strong data entry abilities and attention to detail Minimum GCSE pass in Maths and English A natural team player with great communication skills Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage workload independently Punctual, proactive, and customer-focused Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesManaging key customer accounts from order receipt to delivery Processing customer orders, updating inventory, and planning inbound/customer deliveries Providing quotes for inbound sea freight and liaising with overseas agents, carriers, and suppliers Coordinating customs clearances, inputting entries, and ensuring timely documentation Using in-house systems (Azyra/Snap) to book and track jobs Confirming fulfilments via WMS and tracking shipments for on-time delivery Monitoring SLAs, generating weekly KPIs, and exceeding targets Conducting weekly invoice reconciliations and resolving stock queries Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email This role is dynamic, and responsibilities may evolve as the business grows.
