We have an exciting opportunity for a Diabetes Clinical Assistant to join our specialist inpatient team within the Elsie Bertram Diabetes Centre at the NNUH. Our Diabetes inpatient specialist team aim to provide both inpatients with a high standard of diabetes care with a view to improving health and reducing length of stay, and ward staff with support and education on diabetes care. The role is mainly based within our inpatient specialist nursing team but may have an opportunity to also support our outpatient team.We have a firmly established multi-professional approach to care delivery with both Consultant and Specialist Nurses.
