Job Title: Social Worker | 7996 | Permanent Contract | 37 Hours/Week | £38,626 - £46,732 per Annum | Grade J/K | Great YarmouthNorfolk County Council is seeking qualified and experienced Social Workers to join our Family Help teams. We are a 'Good' authority with 'exceptional leadership', committed to supporting our practitioners and providing excellent outcomes for children and families. About the Role: Join our frontline Social Work teams following the launch of our new Family Help operating model, which emphasizes relationship-based, early intervention work. Work within multi-disciplinary teams that prioritize direct work, family networking, and sustainable change. Manage cases involving child protection, assessments, and court work, contributing to early intervention and prevention efforts. Team Composition: Our Family Help teams consist of 22 practitioners, including 7-8 Social Workers, Family Support Workers, specialist practitioners, Assistant Managers, and Team Managers.
