HECK! Food Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep of our site and ensure all external areas remain safe, clean, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pressure washingand edging Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees across the site Apply fertilisers and pesticides in accordance with health and safety regulations Clear litter and debris to uphold a clean and welcoming environment Safely operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm Candidate Requirements: Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working outdoors Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role (preferred but not essential) Awareness of health and safety practices and a commitment to safe working Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to work in varying weather conditions Flexible approach to seasonal tasks and changing priorities Driving Licence What We Offer: 28 days’ annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) Free lunch provided daily Free onsite parking Company pension scheme Employee discount on HECK! products Please Note: We are currently unable to provide Right to Work sponsorship for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
