Job summary We are recruiting for a Nurse Associate at Bridgnorth Community Hospital. Person SpecificationQualifications (Essential): Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register Educated to Level 5 Diploma of Higher Education and Foundation Degree in nursing associate practice / Nurse Associate Apprenticeship Certificate Experience (Essential): Demonstrable experience of working as a Nurse Associate within the NHS or other care setting Knowledge and Skills (Essential): Ability to work effectively as part of a team under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills IT skills appropriate to the role Ability to organise and prioritise own workload Understanding of the role of the Nursing Associate within the team and organization, and how it contributes to service development Other (Essential): Ability to meet travel requirements of the role Additional informationThis post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
