The role involves working the AM shift from 05:00 to 13:30, Monday to Thursday, with responsibilities including machine setup, ingredient preparation, weighing, maintaining traceability, operating mixers, glaze preparation, waste management, and team support. Full training will be provided, and the starting salary is £12.50 per hour, with an enhanced rate of £15.63 per hour for night hours and overtime. Key ResponsibilitiesMachine setup at the start of each shift Decanting and preparing ingredients Weighing ingredients precisely according to recipes Ensuring product traceability and safety Supplying production lines with ingredients Operating mixers and preparing glaze Minimizing waste and managing disposal Supporting team members and attending training Benefits and DevelopmentPost-probation, earn a Food Safety Level 2 and H&S Level 2 certificates.
