Work collaboratively with the team, understanding the importance of quality service. Sustain high energy levels while juggling tasks efficiently. Assist the management team in maintaining store operations, equipment, and facilities. Minimize customer disruption by coordinating repairs with minimal impact. Responsibilities include: Ensuring all Tesco sites are safe and functional environments for customers and colleagues. Following the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fixes, improving efficiency. Working closely with team members, sharing best practices and knowledge. Performing general day-to-day store and property maintenance. Using mobile devices to drive work completion and updates. Representing the Tesco brand by demonstrating core values and maintaining a positive attitude. Attending local and national meetings, providing feedback. Supporting a diverse and inclusive culture. You will need: Previous experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction environment. Digitally confident in using tablets and managing emails. ONC or equivalent qualification. Full driving license. Health & Safety awareness. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of Office 365. Completion of relevant technical training modules.
