Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts with three weeks’ notice, and we are flexible to match your availability. Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As the face of Tesco on the road, you will deliver shopping to customers’ homes, providing great service with a smile. This role involves driving, helping customers, and delivering excellent service in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for: Keeping the van and trays clean and organized Leaving the delivery area tidy and picking up litter Washing trays as needed Loading the van and checking it for roadworthiness Communicating with customers about order changes and substitutions Handling products carefully and ensuring customer satisfaction Delivering within the scheduled time slots and communicating delays You will need: Build relationships and work as part of a team Be warm and welcoming to customers and colleagues Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change Be energetic and driven to exceed expectations Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points Benefits include:holiday entitlement starting at 20 days plus a personal day, flexible working, discounts, wellbeing services, life cover, pension, and more.
