Discover the life that awaits at Accor by visitingwhat you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #HospitalityisaworkofHeartJob Description What do we expect from you?Under the guidance of the Director of Rooms or an authorized management representative, plan, organize, develop, and oversee the overall operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.How your day looks like:Ensure all departmental service standards and sequences of service are upheld.Maintain close relationships with the Front Office and Engineering teams.Ensure guest satisfaction; address guest issues and correspondence.Manage daily financial reports; update checks, books, and balance profit and loss statements monthly.Control costs, including labor costs, and work to improve departmental revenues.Oversee purchasing systems.Monitor labor and payroll costs.Observe, train, and develop employees.Handle union communication if applicable.Ensure all grounds are maintained to Mondrian Doha standards of service and design; train and develop the team accordingly.Monitor payroll and control operating expenses.Manage capital expenditure projects related to housekeeping.Implement initiatives to improve guest standards and operational efficiency.Establish relationships with other companies in the hospitality industry.QualificationsMinimum five years of experience as a senior leader in a housekeeping department.Experience in a luxury or premium hotel brand.Excellent detailed knowledge of Housekeeping.Fluent in English.Additional Information Your team and working environment:We are Dream Makers, committed to creating memorable moments for our guests and colleagues, inspired by our authentic warmth and generosity.Note: Customization may be included for specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, aiming to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
