About the Role Shape the future of AI in the Finnish language by training models to generate accurate and relevant Finnish content. This flexible role allows you to leverage your expertise to improve AI outputs and contribute to language-specific AI advancements. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Educate AI:Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated Finnish content to enhance accuracy and applicability. Problem Solving:Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Finnish language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing. Red Teaming:Identify biases and limitations in AI models by designing tests that challenge their understanding, ensuring reliable outputs. Flexible Schedule:Create your own working hours based on project needs. About You Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution. Fluent in Finnish with strong writing skills. Excellent English spelling and grammar. Critical thinker with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of texts. Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.). Interest in AI and machine learning concepts. Additional Information This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may apply after consulting with an immigration or tax advisor. Compensation varies by location, with rates from $15 to $150 USD per hour.
