Cleaning Contract Manager Job Type: Permanent Start date: Immediate or notice period Industry: Facilities Management Location: Manchester / North West Salary: £30,000 - £32,000, company van/car, fuel card JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently supporting a highly respected cleaning company in their search for an experienced Contract Manager ideally with cleaning experience. This position will cover around 50-60 buildings and have a number of supervisors reporting into them. This is a hybrid role, site and home based. This is a permanent role with good opportunities for future progression within the company. Responsibilities will include: Overseeing roughly 50-60 buildings Direct reports Managing budgets and accounts Regular updates and meetings with the client on site Liaison with other departments Regular liaison and site updates with line manager Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record This role is offering £30,000 - £32,000 + car + fuel card.
