Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, analytical and commercially-minded Senior Pricing Manager to take ownership of pricing strategy and execution across our customer segments. The role is critical to supporting HIVED’s continued growth, with a direct impact on customer win rates, network profitability and operational efficiency. You will work closely with both the commercial and operations teams to build tailored pricing models, support strategic bids, and optimise pricing frameworks across the board. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the VP of Commercial Strategy, with high visibility and cross-functional exposure. Responsibilities 1. Customer Pricing & Commercial SupportOwn the end-to-end pricing process for new and existing customers, including building tailored proposals in partnership with Business Development Managers and account managers Support the commercial team during client negotiations and presentations; occasionally attend meetings to articulate pricing rationale Align pricing recommendations with customer segment strategies and broader commercial objectives Develop pricing collateral and tools to streamline the quoting process 2. Pricing Strategy & Profitability Design and implement pricing strategies that improve customer acquisition, retention and network profitability Set up frameworks and metrics to monitor pricing performance Identify opportunities to simplify pricing logic while maintaining flexibility and competitiveness 3. Data Analysis & ModellingBuild pricing models, forecasts and profitability simulations using tools like Excel, SQL and Python Create dashboards and performance tracking tools to assess pricing effectiveness and business impact Translate complex pricing data into actionable insights for stakeholders 4. Market Intelligence & Benchmarking Conduct regular market benchmarking and competitor analysis Identify industry trends and translate them into actionable recommendations Collaborate with operations to understand cost drivers and model their impact on pricing 5.
