Shift Pattern:You will work a 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern, including both days (06:00-18:00) and nights (18:00-06:00). Job OpportunityOur Production Operators are central to our operations, where safety is a priority and our values guide every step. Key ResponsibilitiesSet up machines efficiently, minimize downtime, and drive productivity through teamwork. Operate and monitor multiple machines to ensure seamless and efficient production runs. Conduct pre-use checks of machinery, identify and address potential issues using tools like the process fault tree. Perform regular quality assessments of finished products to meet high customer standards. Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery. Maintain accurate records of production output and downtime, collaborating with your team to meet and exceed targets. Develop understanding of processes to optimize production flow.
