Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee integrated projects within our forward-thinking agency. Your primary focus will be on our leading client in the beauty sector. With extensive experience in project management, your role involves ensuring seamless execution from initial client briefings to final asset delivery. You will navigate complex project landscapes, guide cross-functional teams, and align resources to meet project milestones. Your strategic foresight and judgment will drive projects forward, adapting to changing needs and aligning with business objectives. Senior Project Managers should have experience working on a global, integrated account, with knowledge of TV/video, offline (KVs & print), digital, social, influencer, and line management experience. This is an integrated account. Main areas of focus for Senior Project Manager: Build relationships with project teams and act as the hub for projects. Lead and nurture high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Manage diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, senior management, and external partners. Collaborate with global network agencies to ensure timely delivery, flag concerns early. Making work we’re proud of Lead triage on assigned clients, ensuring integration and alignment across workstreams. Participate in creative discussions, adding value and protecting creative integrity. Day to Day Project Management Manage schedules across all campaign channels, ensuring scope, timing, and budget adherence. Create and maintain project timelines, collaborating with specialist departments. Own resource bookings, communicate schedule changes, and manage documentation. Lead status calls, discuss project statuses, and work with leadership on resolutions. Problem solving & decision making Manage crises efficiently, make informed decisions, and mitigate risks. Implement quality assurance methodologies and review workflows. Commercial Acumen Understand client remuneration models, monitor project financials, and forecast. Manage resourcing within budgets, understand revenue recognition, and communicate scope changes. Participate in finance meetings, report on project health, and manage burn rates. Encourage team presence in the office, participate in team processes, and ensure high-standard documentation.
