Our TeamThe Collections team, within our Enterprise Systems CIO function, supports the Bank's Collection and Recovery processes. We are upgrading the Debt Manager application, used for PCAs, Loans, Legacy Credit Cards, and SME Lending, which will soon be hosted in the Cloud as SaaS. We seek a professional to develop Debt Manager Strategies, Workflows, and Interfaces to facilitate this transition. What you'll be doingAssist in designing, developing, and implementing Debt Manager Strategies, Workflows, and Interfaces. Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors like C&R Software for end-to-end solutions. Support business users of the Debt Manager Application and work with stakeholders to define changes. Ensure solutions align with business and technical architecture requirements. Provide technical support, diagnose issues, and escalate as necessary. Work with Project Managers to scope work, manage risks, and handle scope and issues. Stay informed about best practices and global developments in IT and Collections. We need you to haveExperience in designing and testing Debt Manager strategies, user interfaces, and decision engines. Proficiency in PostgreSQL, relational databases, and data routines support. Understanding of AWS Cloud concepts. Experience with iterative and waterfall development methodologies. Motivated, accountable, and confident. It's a bonus if you have but not essentialDeep knowledge of best practices and global industry trends. Ability to coach and mentor team members.
