PositionPhlebotomist £20,837.25 to £27,783 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 to £42,000 with Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits) We are looking to recruit people from various areas in and around: Woodford, Wood Green, Edmonton, Chingford, Camden Town, Hackney, Stratford, Walthamstow, Enfield, Finsbury Park, Ilford, Tottenham, Buckhurst Hill. If you join us, you’ll be known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist and will have the opportunity to be part of our mission to make health confidence accessible to all. The hours30 hours per week3 x 10-hour shifts per week, any 3 days between Monday and Sunday on a rolling rota basis (excluding travel time). Shifts between 6am - 10pm. Rota released 3 weeks in advance. ResponsibilitiesAt Bluecrest, we prioritize high-quality service in our clinics and venues across the region. Your day begins with planning your route and traveling to your allocated venue, which may take 30 minutes to 2 hours. Upon arrival, you'll unpack, set up your kit, and greet customers, seeing 15 to 22 customers daily, with appointments lasting from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the package. You will perform various health assessments such as PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and fitness tests. You will also advise on further testing when appropriate and maintain all relevant administrative records. Note that you will not relay test results or lifestyle advice post-assessment.
