Part of the Leopard Hotel portfolio, this hotel has 162 rooms and is located in a prime spot, 10 minutes away from Luton Town Centre and a few minutes walk from the airport itself. Due to the fantastic location, guests of this hotel come for both business and leisure. The General Manager will lead this property, managing its diverse guest needs and expectations. Job DescriptionGeneral Manager As the General Manager, you will be an ambassador of the brand and the property. Your leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction, and maximized operating results. You will leverage your commercial and business acumen and tenacity to drive top-line growth, exceed targets, and position the property appropriately within the marketplace (luxury, premium, midscale, economy).
