As our successful candidate, you will be:Organised, methodical, and passionate about delivering great work, right first time,IT literate with strong IT skills - Microsoft Office packages,Able to demonstrate attention to detail,Experienced in a similar Warehouse role,An expert in warehouse functions, stock management, goods in and goods out,Flexible and able to work under your own direction as well as part of a team,Capable of demonstrating people management skills.What Does Your New Role Look Like? Reporting to our Head of Warehouse Operations, as the Warehouse Manager, you will take responsibility for receiving and dispatching Company and/or Client goods and ensuring operational activities are implemented to deliver exceptional client support. You will also be responsible for completing all warehouse activities and managing expectations while ensuring all operational objectives are fully achieved. Your responsibilities include:Providing key information to the client and account teams prior to the project going live and ongoing as requested within agreed timescales,Working closely with clients and account teams to identify potential opportunities for the business,Ensuring good working knowledge of Insite (Momentum’s proprietary system) and other database systems,Maintaining accurate information on stock control requirements, manpower, and storage space,Reporting stock shortages and/or damage promptly,Providing accurate stock checks when required,Ensuring the safe storage of stock,Responding to requests from account teams and the Head of Warehouse Operations efficiently and professionally,Resolving operational difficulties with practical solutions, keeping relevant teams informed,Providing daily/weekly updates and reports within set timescales,Identifying cost-saving opportunities and liaising with the Head of Warehouse Operations,Ensuring work is performed to the highest standards and in line with KPIs,Attending training and briefing sessions as required,Managing the Warehouse Supervisor,Ensuring temporary personnel understand their responsibilities and perform delegated tasks,What Do You Get in Return?31 days’ holiday, increasing to 36 days,An additional day off on your birthday,A great social scene including company days out, festive celebrations, and social events,A focus on your wellbeing,Free parking at the warehouse and a comfortable working environment,Contributory pension scheme for your future.Our Ethos At Momentum Instore, we believe our people and relationships are what make us industry leaders.
