Business Partner (Secondment Cover) - French Brands - Suffolk & Norfolk - PPD PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST LIVE ON EITHER OF THESE LOCATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE. In charge of the multibrand relationship and growing sales with direct customers in the field, your mission is to develop a territory, leveraging the whole L’Oreal service proposition to form strong partnerships with salons and stylists, helping them grow their businesses, while ensuring brand equity and best-in-class execution in salons. A DAY IN THE LIFEAchieve sales, distribution targets & other strategic goals while maintaining the brand’s image and awareness. Build and optimise journey plans for online and offline strategies, conducting 6-8 structured visits daily, either in person or virtually. Support 80+ existing customers through regular reviews, needs assessment, bespoke growth plans, and business development to increase market share. Seek and secure new business, executing conquest strategies to expand salon partnerships. Forecast territory turnover accurately and prepare risk mitigation plans. Facilitate orders on L’Oreal Partner Shop, ensuring customer autonomy through platform navigation and tool utilization. Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and meet brand objectives, focusing on sell-out strategies. Manage and update territory data, including market analysis, competitor info, and salon details. Leverage all available business support tools like L'Oréal Partner Shop, Salon Emotion, and L’Oréal Business Academy. Establish and deliver educational and in-salon training in collaboration with Education teams. Promote brand strategies on social media platforms. WHO YOU AREAmbitious, with a proven track record in achieving targets. Digitally savvy, familiar with social media and online platforms like L’Oreal Partnershop and Access. Adaptable to the vibrant hair industry environment; prior industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential. Experienced in virtual client engagement and relationship building. Creative problem solver with focus and agility. Analytical, proficient in MS Excel and data analysis. Commercially skilled with negotiation, communication, storytelling, and influencing abilities. Organized with strong planning skills and flexibility to reprioritize. Growth mindset, resilient to mistakes and failures. A team player who values collaboration.
