Job DescriptionReporting to the National Retail Manager and working closely with three other Retail Area Managers, you’ll be a people-centric and collaborative leader, energised by the opportunity to drive performance, build capability, and lead future growth as we expand our retail network in the Southern region. You’ll oversee a multi-site operation spanning 15 stores from Rangiora to Invercargill, with regular travel required to provide hands-on support and stay connected with your teams. You’ll champion growth of the retail division, strength partnerships, and elevate the success of Hato Hone St John Opportunity Shops. The revenue you help generate will directly support life-saving initiatives and enhance community wellbeing across Aotearoa.
