AsFinance & Compliance Manager , you'll play a key role in managing day-to-day finance operations, producing insightful reports, and ensuring contract and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Corporate Resources, you'll be a trusted internal business partner across the organisation. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead monthly reporting, management accounts and cashflow Oversee budgeting, forecasting, VAT, payroll, Gift Aid Support contracts, audits, risk register and compliance (H&S, GDPR, etc.) Liaise with external partners (auditors, banks, pension providers) About You: Experienced in financial management (charity/public sector ideal) Part- or fully-qualified, or qualified by experience Skilled in Excel + finance systems (Business Central a plus) Clear communicator, analytical thinker, highly organised What’s on Offer: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure Life assurance + long service leave Wellbeing platform incl. virtual GP + fitness support Relaxed hybrid working from a beautiful garden-based site Sound like a good fit?
