This pivotal role is responsible for achieving our revenue and efficiency targets, with accountability for global performance against Paid Search objectives. What You'll Be DoingStrategy:Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing and channel specialists to develop and execute a comprehensive global Paid Search strategy aimed at growth and meeting ambitious revenue and efficiency goals. Performance Management:Manage and optimise our high-spending global Paid Search accounts across major search engines. Industry Trends:Stay updated on the latest in Paid Search and digital marketing, including AI-driven advertising and automation. Work with platform partners to test emerging products promptly. Testing and Optimisation:Implement A/B testing and continuous campaign optimisation to improve performance. Data Analysis:Use analytics tools like Looker to analyse campaign performance data. Reporting and Insights:Create detailed reports, dashboards, and insights to demonstrate Paid Search's impact on business objectives. Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements. Collaboration:Work with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to develop technical solutions and enhance campaigns. Budget Management:Assist in setting and managing a large global annual budget. Stakeholder Management:Communicate effectively with stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts and securing buy-in. What We’re Looking ForTechnical Expertise:5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including working with APIs and scripts for automation. Analytical Skills:Highly data-driven, comfortable working independently with data; SQL experience is a bonus. Experience:Proven success managing complex, high-spending global accounts, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace sectors.
