We help sports leaders across the world on their most important, complex and urgent challenges and opportunities to achieve more for their organisations such as: Delivering significant and sustainable business performance Transforming organisations and develop future sport leaders Driving increased and more effective funding into sport Achieving lasting positive change in society We work on high profile projects that leave a lasting positive impact such as: Creating commercial strategy for one of the world’s largest multi-team groups Designing a post-acquisition strategy for a newly acquired UK sports team Developing strategies to professionalise women’s football and rugby Leading the re-design of global calendar across men’s and women’s rugby Conducting ground-breaking research into the value of grassroots sport You will have an accelerated, global career in a rapidly growing business, involving the following responsibilities: Manage single or multiple project teams to deliver exceptional impact Lead team problem-solving Lead client interactions and manage client relationships Produce high quality strategy presentations and deliverables Coach and develop team members to become excellent consultants Help drive Portas business development on a global basis Build the firm’s knowledge base. We are looking for outstanding Project Managers with the following experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm or strategy experience in a reputed sports organisation Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions Exceptional problem-solving skills and demonstrated leadership ability Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Genuine interest in sport Solid sports industry knowledge is desirable Prepared to work on a global basis.
