Job Opportunity: Senior Commercial Account Handler Our client is a successful Insurance Broking firm based in Isleworth, Middlesex, with over 40 years of establishment.An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Account Handler to join their team, complement the existing structure, and help develop the company further.Responsibilities:Work closely with management in broking new and existing business, including renewals.Support management and compliance activities.Negotiate and troubleshoot with insurers.Manage workflow and supervise junior team members.Ideal Candidate:Experienced in the insurance industry, specifically in transacting Commercial insurance contracts, including new business and renewals.Possesses a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and leadership qualities.Progress towards or has attained CII qualifications.Technical Requirements:Essential broking experience, including familiarity with Construction, Commercial SME Packages, Motor Fleet, PI, Cyber Liability, Property Owners, and Liability contracts.Sound knowledge of insurance principles and current compliance regime for general insurance.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Open GI (MISYS) is beneficial.Key Attributes:Ability to quickly grasp systems and procedures.Well-presented and a team player.Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing time effectively.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strict adherence to FCA compliance procedures.Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude.#J-18808-Ljbffr
