The client is a charity responsible for caring for some of the most famous parks in the world and their associated assets. The Senior Building Surveyor will be involved in conserving, maintaining, and enhancing the built environment within a parkland setting. Responsibilities include cyclical maintenance, historic building conservation, and maintenance of roads, bridges, operational, and residential buildings. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and lead a multidisciplinary team. Main Duties of the Senior Building Surveyor:Manage a cyclical maintenance programme for various assets, including public toilets and listed buildings Develop and implement conservation and maintenance plans Provide expert advice on building conservation issues Produce reports on asset specifications Monitor budgets and prepare forecasts for future expenditures Manage a multidisciplinary team including surveyors and engineers Role Requirements:Hold a professional Surveyor's qualification such as RICS Significant experience in building regulations, surveying, and asset management Proven experience leading a multidisciplinary team Experience in producing cyclical maintenance plans Understanding of planning and listed building practices Hiring Contact: Laura Vieira Agency: GI Group#J-18808-Ljbffr
