Our client is a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in London, with a strong reputation built over more than 25 years of successful operations. Due to ongoing growth and sustained success within the business, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Sales Manager to join their team.The Contracts Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of maintenance contracts, including new sales and renewals. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and timely creation of quotes and contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth processing and invoicing. The Contracts Sales Manager will work across London, inside the M25. The role will be based in the company's office in SW London with a hybrid working arrangement. Contracts Sales Manager Job OverviewThe Contracts Sales Manager will focus on driving new maintenance contract sales, managing renewals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, coordinating invoicing with accounts, managing subcontractor costs, and ensuring accurate contract documentation in Job Logic. The role also involves monitoring contract performance, providing customer support, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service and foster business growth. Job RequirementsProven experience in contract management, sales, or a related role. Strong knowledge of maintenance contracts and industry practices. Technical awareness of Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC disciplines. Experience in winning and managing service and maintenance contracts within the commercial sector. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in using Job Logic or similar field management software.
