We are developing a global supply chain and creating industry-wide opportunities.Role Purpose Deliver sourcing strategies and manage suppliers, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Key Responsibilities & AchievementsDevelop, deliver, and approve sourcing campaigns within RR SMR business constraints (time, cost, quality).Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout procurement campaigns.Encourage applications from candidates who meet at least 75% of the requirements, emphasizing that a perfect candidate is not necessary.Support career transitions and sector jumps, welcoming transferable skills.Key Selection CriteriaSupplier Selection & Management: Manage the global supply chain to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with processes.Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to improve quality, cost, and delivery.Purchasing Process: Lead global tenders and define Purchase to Pay solutions.Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships and develop business with suppliers.Training & Qualification BA degree or significant industry experience; MCIPs qualification preferred.Desirable QualitiesAdvanced MS Excel skills for cost modeling and reporting.Proven results delivery and global experience.Good planning, project management, and commercial acumen.Experience in global category management and strategic sourcing.Supply chain management knowledge is a plus.About Rolls-Royce SMR We combine the prestige of Rolls-Royce with a startup mentality, working on projects that contribute to planetary survival.
