Be responsible for leading, motivating, and effectively managing a small pharmacy team by providing excellent clinical and managerial leadership. To provide advice and support to consultants, other clinicians, and patients, ensuring the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines. To advise the hospital and its departments on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards. Who we're looking forDegree (BSc/MSc Hons) Current member of the General Pharmaceutical Council Experience applying clinical reasoning skills to complex and varied patient requirements Experience working in a hospital pharmacy Experience collaborating with consultants and clinical teams Ability to analyze clinical and management problems and develop viable solutions Experience working across multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in applying clinical reasoning to diverse patient cases Ability to challenge and influence evidence-based practice with consultants Comprehensive knowledge across pharmaceutical subjects supported by professional and clinical expertise Contract and hoursPermanent contract, full-time hours (Monday-Saturday, 37.5 hours per week).
