ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionThe Global Operations Centre Operator will carry out the following functions: Incident Monitoring & Response:Monitor alarms and CCTV across global offices and events, escalate to Security Officers, follow SOPs. Incident Identification & Escalation:Identify threats, escalate appropriately, verify safety, support travel risk workflows. Health, Safety & Wellbeing:Provide emergency assistance, handle reports professionally, diagnose questions, route to appropriate teams. Systems Use:Operate CCTV and alarm systems, create reports, report faults, respond to email requests. QualificationsEssential Skills: SIA / CCTV license 2-3 years experience as a GOC Controller Right to work in the UK with a five-year checkable history Reliable transportation to the site Punctual, reliable, customer service-oriented, computer literate, good communication skills Follow onsite SOPs and instructions Additional InformationJoin our global team of over 375,000 professionals.
