We are recruiting Project Coordinators (Fathers team) responsible for delivering services supporting fathers. The role involves direct work with fathers and supporting the Senior Leadership Team in developing strategies for work with fathers across localities, aligned with FM’s vision, mission, and values. A key focus will be supporting new developments, identifying best practices, and embedding these into current services. This full-time, permanent role is based in south London and collaborates with statutory services. At Future Men, we work with boys and men from childhood to fatherhood, helping them become healthy, dynamic men. Our services include structured school programs, youth hubs, one-to-one sessions, and outreach work, aimed at supporting those facing discrimination and disadvantage related to race, income, or community.
