As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth through new sales and nurturing existing relationships. We provide all the necessary tools and resources to help you succeed. Your tasks will include: Sourcing and screening candidates using online platforms, referrals, and networking events. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experience. Negotiating and finalising agreements with clients and candidates. Building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish. What you need to bring: We seek self-motivated individuals with a proactive attitude, positive mindset, strong work ethic, and persuasive skills. Resilience, excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills are essential, given the extensive interaction with managers, directors, and candidates at various levels. While this is an entry-level role in recruitment, candidates should have prior commercial experience in related settings. Suitable backgrounds include recruitment, high-level customer service, contact centres, call centres, sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C environments, which provide transferable skills applicable to this role.
