We have extensive experience in designing and delivering Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Lifelong Learning programs across diverse subjects, from executive training to healthcare, software engineering, and humanities. The University has established a CPD Hub within its Research & Innovation Services (RIS) Department to facilitate growth and ensure a high-quality CPD experience for external partners and audiences. We are recruiting a dedicated Manager to support this initiative. About The RoleYou will: Provide leadership and content expertise to plan, manage, and oversee the CPD Hub. Lead the daily operations of the CPD Hub, engaging with senior stakeholders, external customers, and partners. Coordinate CPD activities and contribute to enhancing delivery in line with the University’s strategy. What You Will BringExperience managing a CPD service with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Demonstrable capability to work dynamically within a changing university environment. Strong relationship-building skills across academic, research, professional services, and external partners. Experience in a similar role within Higher Education is advantageous but not essential.
