About The RoleThe Departmental Administrative Assistant collaborates with the Departmental Administrator and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. This varied role involves organizing meetings and events, maintaining research records, supporting HR administration, and providing proactive administrative support. It also offers opportunities to learn about research funding, including preparing costings and supporting purchasing activities.
