The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams within the third sector, a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Disabled individuals, and a strategic mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support our Advice and Advocacy teams through a transformative period, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that meet the diverse needs of our community. Drive strategic initiatives to dismantle barriers and promote Disability rights across East Anglia. Candidate RequirementsProven experience in leadership roles within the third sector, preferably in Disability rights or advocacy. Knowledgeable about the barriers and challenges faced by Disabled individuals. Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate change and drive innovation.
